Founder story
Curiosity turned into a school.
Ekaterina began teaching mathematics, computer science, and programming in 2013. As an analyst, she became known for asking how every part of a system worked — from business rules to production behavior.
Her career grew through systems analysis, team leadership, consulting, software ventures, and architecture. In 2021, she turned that experience into GetAnalyst: a community and school designed around realistic project work rather than theory alone.
Today, her expertise combines systems analysis, digital product architecture, and applied AI. She leads GetAnalyst from San Diego and continues to develop programs for analysts who want both business clarity and technical depth.

Teaching and first technology work
Ekaterina taught mathematics, computer science, and programming, then joined a major systems integrator as an analyst intern while at university.
Consulting and product delivery
She expanded into private software consulting alongside full-time work, combining analysis with delivery and business context.
Building systems analysis teams
Her work included hiring analysts, establishing documentation standards, and improving how product teams shaped technical work.
GetAnalyst is founded
The project began as a professional community and grew into hands-on programs for analysts at different career stages.
